Description

This is a large curve approximately 30 x 24 cm. The design features poppies, thorny bushes and a moon against  a vibrant blue sky and a graduated coloured base  from dark purple to orange and yellow.

I made this using clear glass with applied Frits and enamels.

I take inspiration from my surroundings. The landscapes in Orkney are breathtaking and Spring time brings a wealth of bright coloured wild flowers. Everyone loves Red poppies and they signify  so many different things for many people.
