This is a new thing!
I love making nasturtium products mainly because the orangey enamel is so vibrant.
The piece measures approximately 38 x 8 cm. I’ve drilled a hole at the top so you can string the panel and hang it in your window or on your wall..or anywhere I haven’t thought of.
I made the panel using clear glass and kiln fired it 5 times (crazy) with frits, enamels and lustres.
This piece doesn’t work quite as well against a window as the orange flower heads are painted in opaque enamels. The opaque colour does not transmit light. I have a large nasturtium panel hanging in my sitting room window and it looks fab – but the other fishy panels are painted in completely transparent enamels.
