Description
This seascape features rocks in the foreground with lands end on the horizon, a very typical Orkney view.
I made this curve using clear glass and kiln fired the design onto the glass with enamels and silver-stain.
The design requires four firings to achieve the depth of colour and detail.
This piece provides a vibrant and familiar depiction of an Orkney landscape.
