This is a new version of an older design.
The panel measures approximately 34 x 12 cms
I made this panel using clear glass and painted the design with a bolder opaque pigment enamel.
The materials I used influenced my paintwork . I’ve used these enamels before but not truly explored their qualities.
I hope you like the new style?
East Side and St. Peter’s Kirk in South Ronaldsay is important to my family as my Scott relatives are buried in the graveyard there. I am a Scott.
The Kirk sits above a beach ( as do many Kirks & Graveyards here), there’s an old roofless farmhouse and sheep keep.
